Senior Counselor/Counselor III - Boulevard

Full time Mon-Fri two evenings a week.

Revolving Administrative Assistant
Revolving Administrative Assistant home based out of our Main Amherst location.  Duties  include:  general  clerical,  answering  phones,  scheduling  appointments,  filing,  copying,  working  with  both  Counselors  and  Psychiatrists  in  fasted  paced  clinics.  Needs  to  be  able  to  multitask  with  computer  skills.  Must  work  some  evenings.  This  position  "revolves"  between our clinics in  Erie,  Niagara,  and  Genessee  counties. 

Minimum Bachelor's  Degree required  plus  3-5 years  of  office  experience.  Must  have  clean  driver's  license  and  reliable  transportation.

Duties include: provide initial psychiatric examinations for individuals admitted to mental health, chemical dependency, and rehabilitation and recovery programs and provide follow up medication management services. Participate in clinical case conference and case reviews to programs to provide supervision and guidance with difficult cases, assures communication in multiple forums with counseling staff to be updated on consumer progress and outstanding issues or concerns. Prescribes psychotropic and/or addiction medication to ameliorate symptoms; reviews incoming physical exams to ensure if the information is current and accurate. Communicates to primary counselor the need to make referrals for physical exams with consumer's primary care physician. Ensures that all confidential and potentially sensitive information is processed, maintained, and utilized in a strictly confidential manner. Reviews and signs all treatment plans for chemical dependency programs within 7 days of the multi-disciplinary team approval. Documents all services provided in the case record.

Full and part time positions available.

Job Requirements:
MD or DO, NY state license and board certified in Psychiatry. 1 year preferred, but not required in mental health or substance abuse.

Program Manager/ Clinical Supervisor - Horizon Village
We are currently looking for a Program Manager or a Clinical Supervisor for our residential treatment facility in Sanborn, New York. Main job duties: Program Management (operational): develop and track statistical trends, coordination with MDT and outside providers including: vocational planning, and educational planning. Program Development (clinical): family programming, young adult programming, trauma treatment, dialectical behavioral therapy, individual and group supervision, supervision of clinical staff on day and evening shifts. Direct care – individual and group, carries a small caseload and groupload. On-call duties 24/7, 2 week rotation with management team.

Requirements: Master's degree preferred. CASAC or other QHP required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical dependency. 2 years of experience in rehab setting preferred as well as supervisory experience.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
We are currently looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner! No holidays, no weekends, No mandatory over time!
Due to program expansion, FT or PT position for Erie & Niagara counties. Day shift, Monday – Friday and some evenings may be required. Knowledge and understanding of individuals with substance abuse a must! 2 years of community mental health experience preferred.
Duties include: psychiatric assessment and medication management of individuals in community mental health setting.
Must be able to work collaboratively with multi- disciplinary team. As well as able and willing to work at multiple locations.

Counselor III/Senior Counselor positions for mental health clinics in Buffalo and Niagara Falls.
Duties/ Responsiblities include: mental health assessments, treatment planning, individual and group counseling.

Education required: Master's degree in Social Work/ Mental Health related field. QHP (LMSW, LMHC, LCSW) preferred. Sex offender experience is required for the position in our Buffalo clinic.

License preferred- LMSW, LCSW, LMHC or eligible for provisional license.

Experience required: Background training and experience in Mental Health and experience with dually diagnosed clients.

We are currently looking for an Addictions Counselor III for our Niagara Falls- City Market clinic. This is a full time, Monday- Friday position. Some evenings are required.

Duties/ Responsibilities include: manage caseload, treatment planning, individual and group counseling.

Education required: Master's degree in Social Work/ Counseling or related field.

License preferred- LMSW, LMHC, or CASAC. At least 1 year of experience in Addictions or related field required.

Senior Systems Administrator
